Factory Manager (Tekniseri Pori), Paula Lahtinen, has been appointed as the Operations Director of Tekniseri’s Sealmaker Rauma unit, starting from September 1, 2023. Paula holds not only an Engineering degree (M.Eng. Technology, communication and transport) but also a Master Mariner’s degree (Bachelor´s Degree) and has served on ships in various roles, including as a Deck Officer and as a Sailor, as well as overseeing the ship clearance department in the port.
During her previous role as the Factory Manager of Tekniseri Pori unit, she has been deeply involved in leading operational activities, developing production processes at the Pori unit, modernizing production equipment, and most importantly, fostering a strong team spirit within the unit while serving in supervisory roles.
